Enrollment Procedures

We will need the following things in order to enroll your child in preschool:

Application

Medical Exam

Immunization Record

Social Security Card

Certified Birth Certificate

Income Statement

Enrollment Packet

When your child is enrolled we will setup a home visit to go over all the above information.  Please have all the documents ready at the home visit.
